Ben-Sasson-Gordis

I study political theory and international relations. My current book project is a normative theory of democratic civil-military relations. This is part of my broader interest in the political theory of political institutions.

I am a Lecturer in Government at the Harvard University Department of Government, and a Lady Davis postdoctoral fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I am also a fellow at Molad: the Center for the Renewal of Israeli Democracy. I publish research and analysis in Hebrew and English on a variety of issues, mostly in the area of Israeli politics and national security.
